Little Black Dress Initiative
Description
For the fourth straight year, the Junior League of Charleston, WV is participating in the Little Black Dress Initiative! During the LBDI, JLC members wear the same item of clothing throughout one week to raise awareness of local poverty – and raise funds to alleviate it!
All donations will benefit our signature project, Backpack Buddies, and other community projects. Backpack Buddies provides monthly nutrition packs to students in need at Mary C. Snow Elementary School in Charleston.
